A primary cleaner and a known backup are paired to your site, onboarded with your procedures and access protocol.

Recurring packages begin within 5–10 business days. One-off deep cleans can usually be booked within 24–48 hours.
Common pricing questions, answered
They're our starting points for the typical site in each package band. Your fixed price is set in writing after the walk-through, based on scope, frequency, access, and any specialty work (medical, anti-viral, high-traffic). Everything is laid out in the quote — no surprises later.
Standard washroom consumables are included in every recurring package — we restock as part of each visit. If you have premium brand requirements we'll quote those separately as a fixed line item.
No. Recurring packages run on 30-day rolling notice either way. You only commit to a longer term if you want the long-term contract discount (10% off at 12 months, 18% off at 24 months).
Let us know within 48 hours. If the issue is within scope and our control, we'll come back the next day to put it right — no extra charge. Re-cleans are part of the package, not a billable extra.
All quoted prices are excluding GST. Recurring contracts are invoiced monthly in arrears with 14-day standard terms. EFT or card.
